Our number one priority is the well being of our guests and staff. Therefore we have additional procedures in place regarding enhanced cleaning, physical distancing and breakfast dining options.
Enhanced cleaning - Hard surface and high touch areas in guest bedrooms and bathrooms are, as usual, cleaned and sanitised daily. These include light switches, door handles, hand rails and room keys. TV remote controls are in individual pouches and changed with new guests.
Hand sanitisers are provided in reception and dining areas. These should be used on entry and exit of the premises.
Soft furnishings such as decorative cushions have been removed from the bedrooms for the time being. Tourist information leaflets, guides and magazines are available on request.
Complimentary toiletries are provided in wallets and yours to keep.
These changes are in addition to our regular high cleaning standards.
Physical distancing - The number of tables in our dining room has been reduced and arranged with Government guidelines in mind. We request that guests heed social distancing rules.
Breakfast - We have introduced two sittings in our dining room - either 8.00am or 9.00am. Breakfast may also be served outside under the car port or the terrace - weather permitting. Guests will be offered a breakfast cereal choice which will be delivered directly to the table. Cooked choices and beverages will also be delivered to the table in the usual manner.
Your hosts may wear masks during food service to further protect guests. Government guidelines will be followed.
Social distancing should be observed by guests at all times. All tables and chairs are, as usual, deep cleaned after each breakfast service.
Payment - Card is the preferred option. We do not accept cash for the time being. Payment may also be made in advance over the telephone to avoid card handling.
Cancellation Policy - From 4th July through to 31st August 2020 no cancellation penalty will be applied to direct bookings through either our website or made by speaking directly to Maxine. Any deposits or payments made in advance will be refunded in full.
